Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to play a vital role in managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, and supporting daily financial operations.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing client invoices accurately and in a timely manner. They will also prepare, review, and upload payroll information for processing. Additionally, they will assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records, manage payroll processing, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The candidate will reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
