Debt Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated debt resolution specialist to take on the role of handling inbound inquiries, educating potential clients about our debt resolution services and converting them into customers.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to empathise with clients facing financial stress. This individual will play a crucial role in helping people regain financial stability and achieve their long-term goals.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the debt resolution industry, developing your skills and expertise while working closely with our team to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound inquiries and converting clients into customers
  • Educating clients about our debt resolution services and its benefits
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the debt resolution industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to effectively handle complex client situations

A competitive salary based on experience, previous CTC and skill set will be offered.
