Job Title: Technical Leader - Legacy Application Modernization

Are you a seasoned technical leader looking to drive legacy application modernization efforts? We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Lead to join our team.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical planning, design, and execution of WebSphere Portal and JBoss-based application separation activities. You will work closely with architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to transition workloads from shared to entity-specific hosting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server, JBoss Application Server, and Struts Framework. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to manage full-stack teams and deliver complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refactor and migrate Struts-based web applications ensuring compatibility and scalability in new deployment environments.
  • Manage deployment and configuration of WebSphere and JBoss across multiple environments.
  • Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and provide hands-on support in resolving production incidents.
  • Guide offshore/onshore development teams and enforce coding and platform standards.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and platform support.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server.
  • Strong experience with JBoss Application Server and Struts Framework.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing full-stack teams.
