Job Description

This role involves leading IT operations and managing services, including implementing and administering various systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to staff members and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Implement and administer IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance
  • Provide ongoing technical support to staff members on site
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timelines with different stakeholders

As an IT Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop personal growth opportunities and provide coaching sessions to discuss expectations with team members.

  • Post-secondary education or completion of post-secondary schooling is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience and 1 year of management/project management experience
  • Experience in managing base image and software packaging deployments
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows, IOS/OSX, Android system environments

  • Ability to implement change and innovation
  • Expertise in installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of hardware and equipment
