About the Role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly skilled Information Security OT Engineer to join our Global Information Security organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations Technology (OT) teams to ensure production facilities and systems are following security best practices.
  • Support cyber threat and security incident identification, detection, response, and remediation activities impacting manufacturing operations.
  • Lead the effort to build cyber threat and security incident detection processes and work with the Security Engineering team to orchestrate detection use cases.
  • Engage with cross-organizational teams to address threat detection deficiencies and collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to operationalize OT security alerts and develop playbooks.
  • Participate in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents and work with Supply Chain and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with security policies, processes, and standards.
  • Configure, test, document, and implement new or upgraded security processes, controls, or products as advised.
  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Security-related processes, controls, or products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with ICS/OT Systems or in a cybersecurity role within a manufacturing or OT environment.
  • Working knowledge of ICS cybersecurity policies and standards, including NIST SP 800-82 & 213, IEC 62443, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework for ICS.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of Cyber Security to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense/resiliency techniques.
  • Knowledge or experience with endpoint security software.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and be adaptive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with OT/ICS security/visibility tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, etc.).
  • Experience with industry-leading IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOAR platforms.
  • Awareness of and experience leveraging industry best practices for network and cloud security.
  • Understanding of attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and how they are leveraged by malicious actors.
