Key Responsibilities

  • Data Creation & Curation: Develop detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex STEM problems across various difficulty levels, adhering to established quality rubrics and pedagogical standards.
  • AI Response Evaluation & Feedback: Rigorously evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, and adherence to specific instructions, providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to enhance the model's reasoning and presentation.
  • Subject Matter Expertise Application: Apply deep knowledge in Mathematics or a related field to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches, staying updated with advancements and common curriculum standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Master's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field from a premier institution is required; a Ph.D. is highly valued.
  • Deep Subject Expertise: Demonstrable strong expertise across a wide range of topics within Mathematics, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula, with excellent conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Teaching/Content Creation Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in Mathematics or a related field, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
