Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will work closely with our U.S.-based personnel to expand our global service delivery footprint.

This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, quantitatively driven environment.

The Underwriting Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Underwriting and locating investment opportunities using market comparables
  • Central participation in the acquisition of single-family homes across various phases of the deal lifecycle

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate-related disciplines.
