About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our team in crafting and executing strategic, creative communication solutions for our clients.

This is a key leadership role requiring a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and client CXOs to bring communication strategies to life across both traditional and digital platforms.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and growing client relationships at both operational and leadership levels.
  • Translating overall strategies into actionable tactical plans and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Developing award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for our clients.
  • Building and improving relationships with senior journalists and influencers.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of a national media universe for all clients.
  • Guiding team members in tracking news trends and pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  • Driving new business opportunities through pitches focused on social and digital strategy.
  • Coaching and developing a team of highly engaged individuals.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism or MBA in Marketing.
  2. 10-13 years' experience in a PR Agency.
