AI Engineering Opportunity

\

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

\

As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive key technical decisions and contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.

\

Responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Designing and implementing agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.\
  • Architecting and building robust and scalable backend systems.\
  • Integrating and managing interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.\
  • Utilizing and optimizing vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.\
  • Developing and implementing sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.\
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.\
  • Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.\
  • Deploying solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\
  • Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.\
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.\
  • Proven expertise in Python.\
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.\
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.\
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).\
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.\
  • Proficient with Git for version control.\
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.\
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.\
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.\
  • Strong leadership and management skills.\
