Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models using Python and relevant frameworks.

  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Utilize machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to craft innovative AI solutions.
  • Generative AI Solutions: Employ natural language processing (NLP), Embedding models, Text retrieval Reinforcement Learning, and other cutting-edge technologies to create groundbreaking Generative AI projects.
  • Container Deployment: Seamlessly deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) in containers such as TGI, VLLM, or TensorRT.
  • Performance and Scalability: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI/ML solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and integrate them into projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AIML Engineer with production-grade projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

  • Knowledge of RAG and RAGAS Evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and advanced AI techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
