Job Title: Tax Litigation Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Litigation Associate to join our team. As a Tax Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in responding to tax authorities during enquiries, investigations, and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in preparing replies to show cause notices and audit replies;
  • Meet with tax officers for hearings as required;
  • Prepare tax appeals to be filed at the Joint Commissioner (Appeals) and Court;
  • Conduct comprehensive research on various tax topics;
Requirements
  • Qualified CA/LLB degree;
  • 0-2 years of experience in indirect tax litigation preferred;
