Fleet Performance Manager

Lead the vessel performance function across a global client base, leveraging technical expertise and strong analytical skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot inefficiencies in vessel fuel consumption, engine performance, and auxiliary systems.
  • Conduct detailed investigations, develop action plans, and implement performance improvement measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, leading performance meetings and monthly vessel reviews.
Requirements:
  • C/E or 2/E with analytical skills and experience in vessel performance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
  • Naval Architects with expertise in vessel performance.
