We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our supply chain operations, ensuring that we maintain adequate inventories of raw materials, issue materials from warehouses to production efficiently, and allocate manpower effectively.

You will also be responsible for ensuring zero stock variance through regular stock reconciliations, cycle counting, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of business requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adequate inventories of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables in shopfloor as per production plan
  • Issue materials from various warehouses to production using materials handling equipment's such as RGV, AGV, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors etc.
  • Allocate manpower for kitting/de-palletizing, palletising packing, materials issues, internal scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through regular stock reconciliations, cycle counting, and variance analysis
  • Moving various scrap (haz and non-haz) to defined area
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, SCM etc. to ensure fulfillment of business requirements
  • Ensure required entries and passed in SAP and documents are maintained as per standard operating procedure
  • Adhere to standards
  • Maintain and issue PPEs and consumables
