**Business Insights Specialist, Data Analytics Team**

The Business Insights Specialist will be a key member of the dynamic Finance Operations team. This role involves working with stakeholders to identify and implement analytical opportunities that enable business growth and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Design and build advanced analytics solutions using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop metrics, and draw business insights from data.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to influence business outcomes and drive process improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical field.
  • Expertise in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience with focus on financial analysis and metric definition.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working experience with global stakeholders and ability to work across timezones.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience working with large datasets and developing complex analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like R or Python.
