Optimize Retail Spaces
The role of a Space Planning Advisor involves creating and maintaining strategic space plans that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to develop efficient store layouts. They will work closely with Category Managers to create planograms for all brands and be responsible for producing merchandising material in line with the merchandising activity calendar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce planograms and visual merchandising guidance material on a category-by-category basis.
  • Analyze retail site assets and create floor plans to optimize product placement.
  • Maintain business relationships with vendors, franchisee operations, and consolidators.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using store planning software and design tools.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, spatial planning, and visual merchandising.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Additional Information:

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in construction processes, retail fixtures, and supply chain is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft software, AutoCad, BlueBeam, and Adobe PDF Editing is also beneficial.
