IT Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive technical support to our teams and employees worldwide
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related issues, from initial setup to ongoing assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and systems
- Proactively analyze repetitive tasks and implement automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support
- Strong expertise in helping users troubleshoot IT-related issues
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python, with practical skills in automating repetitive tasks
- Experience administering internal services like Google Suite, Zoom, OKTA, and LDAP
- Management of large fleets of corporate devices, leveraging enterprise systems like JAMF or similar
- Experience with onboarding sessions, user training, and documentation writing
**Nice to Have:**
- Familiarity with config management systems like Puppet, Ansible, or similar
- Experience with centrally managed packages and deployment, update, and maintenance of applications on Apple end-user devices
