We are seeking a skilled cell characterization professional to develop and optimize standard cell libraries.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in designing combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits.
Main Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain standard cell libraries from scratch, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and power consumption.
  • Collaborate with the layout team to define floor plans and layout guidelines for schematics and review layouts for optimal design.
  • Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools such as RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors is essential.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work, design flows, and reports.
Requirements
  • Experience with standard EDA tools, including RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors.
  • Strong understanding of circuit architecture, PPA tradeoffs, and realistic usage environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
