Ams Macro Timing Characterization Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced engineer with hands-on experience in lib characterization for Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) macros.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of timing fundamentals and analog-digital interface principles, as well as familiarity with NanoTime and Hspice/Spectre simulators.

Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain timing models for AMS macros in multiple formats to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze reports on signal path, topology, and methodology improvements to guarantee accuracy.
  • Implement automation using Shell, Perl, TCL, or Python to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lib characterization for AMS macros, with expertise in characterizing and modeling Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) circuits.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as NanoTime and Hspice/Spectre, as well as a strong understanding of digital design techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Shell, Perl, TCL, or Python, and knowledge of design automation tools and methodologies.
