Service Manager Job

Job Description:

This is a leadership role that oversees service operations for customers. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts, resolving customer complaints, and coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing service operations
  • Handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Coordinating across departments
  • Guiding and mentoring service engineers and technicians
  • Maintaining service documentation and performance reports
  • Driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills
