The role of the Global Process Lead, Acquire to Retire involves driving execution of core end-to-end accounting processes.

This position requires partnering with market and enterprise teams to ensure performance monitoring and advocating for process optimization to align with business outcomes and strategic objectives.

E2E Process Vision & Roadmap: Establish a comprehensive process vision and roadmap by working closely with Market and Enterprise teams to define business outcomes and develop a strategy for success.

Process Standardization: Oversee the overall management, maintenance, and documentation of end-to-end global processes.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review performance to ensure the achievement of goals in end-to-end processes.

Improvement Identification: Identify opportunities for process optimization by bringing leading practices and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders.

Process Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and strong relationships across functions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent are preferred.

Extensive experience in managing the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and retirement, with a focus on optimizing and standardizing ATR processes globally is essential.

15+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation within large organizations is also required.

Key skills include business partnership, problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Able to follow predefined decision trees, rulebooks, and standard operating procedures to execute transactional accounting operations accurately and efficiently.

Hybrid work arrangement available.
