End-to-End Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Manager to oversee end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Management: Manage the procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials, prioritizing timely delivery and installation schedules.
- Vendor Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and developing performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of equipment and/or materials sourcing processes.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
- Experience in greenfield or startup environments is an advantage.
