About Our Quality Assurance Role

  • We are looking for someone who can develop, document, and execute manual tests to minimize defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing automated tests, focusing on manual testing techniques.
  • Our quality assurance engineer will perform functional, integration, and acceptance testing, covering user interface and user experience aspects of our software.
  • A key aspect of this role is performing regular full regression testing of the user interface.
  • The selected candidate will maintain software tests to ensure full coverage of our application as features are updated.
  • This position requires collaboration with development and product teams to add new tests.
  • Responsibilities also include logging issues in our database and following up with developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a high GPA.
  • Minimum 5 years of proficiency with Software Testing/QA methodology, process, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Linux.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with model compilers (Visual Studio or GCC).
  • Familiarity with Co-simulation and Software-in-the-Loop applications.
  • Exposure to Hardware-in-the-Loop systems.
  • Certification in software testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and enterprise-level CAE applications like ours.
