We're seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to play a pivotal role in our product development process. As part of our engineering team, you'll design and develop robust automation frameworks, create maintainable test suites, and ensure seamless product delivery across APIs, microservices, and web applications.

Job Overview

This position involves working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test strategies and implement automated tests using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js). You'll extend and optimize automation frameworks for UI, REST APIs, and microservices testing, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and write data-driven and reusable test scripts ensuring scalability and high coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright and ensure their reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation improvement and implement optimized solutions.
  • Design and implement effective test data management strategies to enhance test efficiency and reduce test execution time.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in automation frameworks and resolve flaky tests to maintain reliable automation pipelines.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into delivery workflows.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and debugging.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
