Job Description:

We seek an exceptional Senior AI Innovator to pioneer the future of finance and accounting. You must have experience building high-quality, complex Large Language Model (LLM) applications and agents. Your ability to leverage the latest in code generation and prompt engineering will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Defining and enforcing best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Mentoring and growing a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Partnering closely with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Deep experience and intuition with LLMs.
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
