Job Title: Quality Automation Specialist

At our company, we're looking for a skilled Quality Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using automation frameworks such as Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Selenium WebDriver/Playwright.
  • Build and maintain high-quality automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation.
  • Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git).
  • Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce, Copado, or ISTQB certifications.
  • Experience with Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
