Job Summary:

The Junior Manager will oversee end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

This includes managing procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials, developing supplier relationships and performance metrics, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams.

Additionally, the Junior Manager will track equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support supplier quality improvement and development initiatives.

  • Manage RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection to ensure best-in-class suppliers are chosen for equipment and material procurements.
  • Develop and implement effective supplier relationship management strategies to improve supplier performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Manager in equipment and/or materials sourcing, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials.
  • Managing RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection.
  • Developing supplier relationships and performance metrics.
  • Coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams.
  • Tracking equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing budget-friendly solutions.
  • Supporting supplier quality improvement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
  • Experience in greenfield or startup environments is a plus.
