Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to take their accounting career to the next level.

Job Description:
  • Provide general accounting and internal control support to business units
  • Complete the close process and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and correcting entries as needed
  • Participate in SOX walkthroughs and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Deliver high-quality work product in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience, specifically in the Record-to-Report process
  • Experience with accounting and financial systems, preferably Oracle
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal control elements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
