Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of future ADAS system generations, enabling our vehicles to achieve full autonomous driving by 2030. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software professional to contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge software functionalities that aim to build in-house software modules for maximised components reusability and robustness in the autonomous driving landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Software Design and Development: Undertake various tasks, mentor junior developers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Solution Design: Understand requirements, design high-level solutions and decompose them into detailed designs
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, best practices and DevOps trade-offs
  • Software Implementation: Create detailed software designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces
  • Complex Software Development: Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Total 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in application design and development
  • Responsible for low-level design, implementation and validation in complex automotive projects
  • Experienced in AUTOSAR-based software solution design and development
  • Hands-on experience in C/C++ programming languages
  • Familiarity with Agile SW development process
  • Experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Good understanding of ISO26262
