  • Manage annual budgets effectively, allocating resources to priority projects.
  • Approve expenditures for maintenance and capital projects, ensuring timely completion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Expertise in building systems and CMMS tools, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
