Accounting Expert Wanted

We are looking for an accounting expert to take ownership of our accounting operations. This role involves direct collaboration with leadership and coordination with tax advisors, wealth managers, legal professionals, and service providers.

  • Maintain complete and accurate accounting records across multiple entities and asset types.
  • Track capital calls, distributions, funding schedules, valuation changes and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage accounting for real estate and aviation assets, including rental income, maintenance and operating costs, depreciation schedules, loan servicing and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows, including invoice verification, payment processing and receivables tracking.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, investments, and intercompany accounts.
Requirements

8+ years of professional accounting experience, including at least 3 years managing the accounting functions for a family office, private client, or UHNW individuals.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of investment accounting, real estate finance, and personal asset reporting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create custom reporting tools, schedules and reconciliation templates.
