We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Professional with expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying their knowledge to drafting, 3D modeling, and the Autodesk Revit API.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior user of Autodesk Revit, demonstrating excellence in drafting and 3D modeling.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of ISO 19650 Standards and other BIM protocols like IFC x COBie.
  • Use initiative to complete tasks, organize workload, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to project requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of computer systems and applications to all tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Senior-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Drafting, and 3D modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of the Autodesk Revit API and related SDKs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persistence, determination, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize time and workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile software development projects and experience with Dynamo computational design is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent practical experience.
