About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee our financial operations.

  • Ensure strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS and relevant regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters.
  • Prepare GST related workings for the purpose of filing of GST returns etc.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
  • Hold strong preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse variances.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to share required audit data in order to get the audit done.
  • Gain extensive knowledge and understanding regarding accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA will be preferred for this role.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
