Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be an exceptionally creative individual responsible for producing innovative and strategically focused concepts and campaigns. The Copywriter must ensure that all creative work meets the highest standards set by the agency and clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creative ability, excellent presentation skills, and successful experience in managing creative writers.

  • Develop standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the team.
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish.
  • Thoroughly understand product data, claims, and competitor information.
  • Work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Estimate creative hours accurately.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research as necessary.
  • Collaborate with planning to shape strategic branding.
  • Effectively manage workload to maximize productivity of the creative team.
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Lead the creative team in concept development and project execution from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrate understanding and appreciation of clients' products and marketing challenges, ensuring responsiveness to their strategic and creative needs.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required.
Qualifications:

0-2 years of agency experience

  • Proven creative ability and judgment
  • Successful client contact experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Successful experience in managing creative writers
