Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless planning and coordinated communication across all squads, teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end planning and coordination of projects between squads, teams, and stakeholders
  • Release Change Control, leading technical installations, and tracking of software versions and configurations
  • Effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders
  • Consistent planning, integration, and meeting of project commitments across stakeholders, teams, and shared resources
  • Removing impediments impacting cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Driving process, cadence, and ceremonies across squads, teams, and shared resources
  • Planning Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders
  • Protecting teams from outside tasking and interacting with team leads, not team members
  • Supporting risk management and mitigations
  • Serving as a communication liaison between team leads, shared resources, stakeholders, and customers

Required Experience:

  • Project management or engineering experience
  • Demonstrable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved
  • Agile product development with a strong focus on delivery
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge and end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes
  • Supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver

Preferred Experience:

  • Managing projects using SDLC
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations
  • Certification in areas of expertise

  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro levels as appropriate to the audience
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency
