As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a vital role in shaping the way our products interact with users. This is an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of user behavior and drive innovation through data-driven insights.

This position involves conducting and evaluating primary and secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a focus on apps and websites. You will need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competition within the mobile and web space, ensuring our products meet user needs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX research or a related background, with industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation. A minimum of 6 months of full-time experience is required, although relevant internship experience in UX research can also be considered.

You will work closely with designers and developers to create seamless user experiences, document progress using tools like Figma, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
