About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage student applications for study abroad programs. As a Study Abroad Application Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth experience for students during their admission journey.

Your primary responsibility will be to process student applications, verify documents, and coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in our CRM system. Additionally, you will provide timely updates to students and counselors regarding application progress and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Education, Business, or a related field) and minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage student applications for study abroad programs
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in our CRM system

Requirements
