We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.


• Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.


• Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.


• Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.


• Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Advanced understanding of BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.


• Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.


• Strong skills in HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.


• Expertise in Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.


• In-depth knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.


• Experience with APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
