Job Title

The role of Deputy Manager Finance is a critical position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the financial operations and providing strategic support to the business units.

  • End-to-end accounting and process handling for Business Units (BU)
  • Accurate and timely monthly financial close completion
  • Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and company accounting policies
  • Delivery of accurate books of accounts - P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Properly supported and reconciled financial accounts
  • Leading financial close review with Finance Leadership
  • Run cadence with internal teams to identify aging and take suitable actions
  • Interim Audits, Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, GST Audits, etc.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • End-to-end finance operational support for specific BU
  • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results
  • In-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Acts as a one source of truth for numbers - Key financial metrics and performance drivers

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors

Skills, Qualifications & Personality:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software
  • Candidate well-versed in dealing with Auditors, Consultants preferred
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • High-energy individual with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
