Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive project delivery.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role in managing digital projects from conception to launch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Node.js, Python, database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and A/B testing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
