Network Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced network professional to lead our network operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco ACI, Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, Citrix Load Balancers, and AAA servers.

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions, as well as providing advanced support and guidance to the network team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize network solutions using Cisco ACI, Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot traffic flows via underlay and overlay networks.
  • Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.
  • Manage and secure Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Cisco ACI, Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communications / Electronics and Tele-Communications / Electronics / Master's in Computer Applications or relevant field with minimum 8 years' experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with 5 years of hands-on experience on technology.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable.
