**Job Title:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our consulting and operations functions. This role will involve managing teams, consulting clients, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines, providing expert advisory to clients on compliance and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
