Job Overview

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. They will also possess good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and direct passengers to their seats while providing essential safety information.
  • Assist passengers with meals, refreshments, and duty-free goods sales while advising on allowance restrictions.
  • Maintain a reassuring presence during emergency situations and provide first aid facilities when necessary.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary Information
