Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crewing Executive at Hermes Maritime Services Private Limited in Navi Mumbai. The Crewing Executive will be responsible for managing crew members, coordinating crew changes, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and liaising with various stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and crew management practices
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in crewing or maritime operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience required in the manning operations job.
  • Should be fully aware of the DG procedures for RPS services.
