Our team provides transparent counseling, IELTS/PTE coaching, visa services, and pre-departure guidance.

Role Description

To support students studying in the UK by guiding them through the process.

The Counselor ensures students receive accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to study commencement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle student inquiries for UK study opportunities: eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, living costs.
  • Explain study requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Guide students about education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into enrolled students.
  • Collect and verify student documents.
  • Submit files for document assessment via partners.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and financial guidance.
  • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
  • Fulfill and verify UK study forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final study application through partner system.
  • Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, travel arrangements, orientation).
  • Maintain regular communication till student departs.
  • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Prepare weekly progress report: inquiries → registered → offers → CAS → study approvals.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati).
  • Knowledge of the UK study system (intakes, tuition fees, scholarships).
  • Organized with documentation and deadlines.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused.
