Seeking a seasoned Visa Processing Specialist to oversee end-to-end visa application processes for European regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

  • Manage end-to-end visa application processes for European regions (business, work, tourist, dependent, student visas).
  • Collect, verify, and prepare required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
