Product Visionary Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Visionary to lead the design process for AI-powered features. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as experience with designing AI products.

The successful candidate will define the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into our platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define user experiences, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
  • Design scalable, AI-enhanced, enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and experience with designing AI products
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent end-to-end experience
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
  • Good understanding of design systems and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt
