About the Role

In this exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and process improvements. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements for changes to business products, processes, and systems.

  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to document requirements and translate them into detailed technology needs and formal specifications.
  • Author and communicate requirements documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in short-term planning sessions with clients to improve business processes and ensure seamless implementation.
About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst who possesses a strong background in process improvement and has a proven track record of success in driving business growth. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize complex data sets.
  • A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing change.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, as well as the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
