Cloud Kitchen Setup Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead the setup of our cloud kitchen outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to infrastructure, compliance, vendor management, and timely handover to operations.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders. They will also possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and finalise sites for cloud kitchen expansion.
  • Develop detailed project plans and meet launch timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers for kitchen setup.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, municipal approvals, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee infrastructure and systems setup, including kitchen installations, utilities, POS, CCTV, and networking.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring cost optimisation and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as procurement, HR, finance, and operations for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management/Architecture (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of project management experience (F&B, retail, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, equipment, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
