  • Project Manager (Cloud Kitchen Setup)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of new cloud kitchen outlets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to infrastructure, compliance, vendor management, and timely handover to operations.

  • Develop detailed project plans and meet launch timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers for kitchen setup.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, municipal approvals, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee infrastructure and systems setup, including kitchen installations, utilities, POS, CCTV, and networking.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as procurement, HR, finance, and operations for seamless execution.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management/Architecture (MBA preferred).
  • ~4–8 years of project management experience (F&B, retail, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • ~ Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, equipment, and compliance requirements.
  • ~ Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
