Job Description:
About the Role
The Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation will be responsible for managing accounting, financial consolidation and reporting functions. This position reports directly to the Finance Controller.

Responsibilities :

Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS) is a key responsibility of this role. The timeline for consolidation must align with that given by headquarters.

Reconciliation of related party balances and elimination of consolidation discrepancies is also part of this job. Additionally, the completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activities on time is expected from this position. Preparation of management reports and analysis of all financial metrics are other key responsibilities.

Provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO. Implement digital financial MIS solutions and drive process improvements within a corporate finance environment.



Qualifications and Skills :
This role requires a CA degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a multinational company or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting. Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards is essential.
